Soon, I'll start my online business. Will learn from scratch and try to do my very best.

Kampung House

These are some of the pictures of kampung/traditional houses i'd snapped while I went to hubby's hometown, somewhere last Eidulfitri.

This is my fav. house. Very organized, well blended colours.

I'm amazed!!! Hardly viewed these beautifully kept house nowadays.

And this, sort of a 'quaters' house. Still quite ok. These plenty of houses, the same design, on the whole row. We cant find any quaters block these type, today.

Shower Gels

I love shower gels....

I normally have around 4 to 5 types of shower gels at one time in my bathroom.

Reason?

I love the various smells each time I have my shower, it was so refreshing!

But....let me tell u: All of them are only smell of flowers and fruities. Aint it sweet?

Cath Kidston

Yayyy...my order has finally arrived.

(fyi, this happened way back in May-just refer to the date on pic. The update here was wayyyy outdated)

The whole lot of my order, but this exclude the sewing kit i gave to mum as mothr's day present.

Yes, i'd fall in love with Cath Kidston the minute I'd knew about them. In addition, I'd visited 2 of their outlets in London: Notting Hill/Portobello & somewhere nearby Old Spitalfield Market.

I'd shop in both shops but never bought any of the handbag.

But, in the flight while coming back, I cant stop regretting for not buying any larger CK bag. (fyi, I'd just bought small CK bag plus other small item while shopping there)

So..there I am, finally bought some of my fav online (Honestly, the postage is killing me, huhu..despite of the lower currency rate)

It took me around 10 days to receive my order Wow!, that was fast! even faster than e-bay's.

I'd also receive my mag few days after that. And recently, I'd also receive my CK autumn's collection.

Perhaps will share some in my other posting. Thruth is, I'd fall inlove with their cardigans instantly, huh.

Yess!!! my order had finally arrived!

I've ordered additional colour i.e. purple, lighblue & yellow. And another decoupage tool kits.

As for the rest, its for my fren.

The arcylic colours

That Day....

Few weeks ago....

Decided to clean-up my basket of dried roses the other day.

I'd thrash all those bushy roses & replace it with recently dried roses and place them in a pitcher for a more clean look.

Hmm..looks better.

Frame

My decoupage on sis's picture frame.

Both frames was in bold darkbrown, my mistake, i'd forgot to snap a pic of it before the makeover.

Sis wanted the frame in green & white.

So...which one do you prefer?

Hmm…prefers the white one.

It blended with the assorted colours.

October Garden Bliss

Lets share my October garden.

Here, my fav plant of all. A two-coloured roses. Just bought it in September, as per the date indicated on this pic. Awww..i'm sooo in love with you.

It has striped yellow with a soft velvet touch, ahhh....

And here, my mini-sized roses in orange. This is how the plant looked like, when I just bought it.

And here the freshly bloomed roses...owh..it melts my heart..

I love roses the most when it is yet to fully-bloomed. Just like this, it was so perfect!
Here's how she looked few days after, huhu..beauty just faded..

Prego Bottle

Another decoupage masterpiece.

This is made of my Prego spaghetti sauce bottle.

I’d forgot to capture the moment before it is ‘painted’ green.

The bottle cap..but yet to be varnished.

This is my first attempt to decoupage it on a doily stamped background. Not bad eh?
Added some ribbon for a ‘country’ touches.

Mail Holder

Lets share things other than cross-stiching.

Here goes my decoupage item.

Decided to give my mail-holder a new look.

Actually I'd added few more flowers to minimise the gaps between some of the flowers.

Green, white and purple. The colors combinations blended so well, eh?

Bought it somewhere early this year

I love its sweet pastel colour.

Pink and green with little yellow touches, it seems so sweet.

The design size is 11" x 14" (without the pink frame).

It is accompanied by a peach 14 count aida.

House Rules

House Rules by Joan Elliott

Design was stiched on 13" x 29" 14 ct Aida.

Completed this years ago; could be somewhere in 2000.

Took me 'bout 3 months to complete this.

Love the rules and those cutie bears.

I love its brilliant colors and decided to stich it on white aida.

The framing costs me RM80, huhu..but it's worth it : )
